Responsible for patient care services throughout the hospital. Provides direct supervision to assigned staff at the facility. Five years nursing experience in hospital setting. Experience in critical care setting required. Previous nursing management or nursing administration experience required, with two years concurrent management experience. Comprehensive knowledge of nursing and health care practices and techniques. Excellent management education and skills. Familiarity with all types of patient care equipment and products. BSN required or incumbent must be in the process to obtain BSN within 24 months of occupying the position and Masters required of MSN, MBA MSHA or related field or incumbent must have a written plan of action to obtain a masters degree in five years.

Sign On bonus is $2500.00 (w/ 2yr Commitment).

Referral Bonus bonus is $500.00 (w/ FT Commitment).
