Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy approved by APTA.
Louisiana Physical Therapy licensure and CPR certification. Two years experience and hospital experience preferred. Coordinates the rehabilitative services provided to each patient. Responsible for rehab department budgeting, staffing and continuous quality improvement, program development, and staff education.
Sign On bonus is $7000.00 (w/ 3yr Commitment).
Referral Bonus bonus is $1000.00 (w/ FT Commitment). |
