Hamilton Crawford View Biography
With CHRISTUS Dubuis since 1999, Jan moved to Atlanta as administrator of Southern Crescent Hospital for Specialty Care (managed by CHRISTUS Dubuis Health System) after serving as the administrator for CHRISTUS Dubuis Houston for 5 years. Jan’s earlier experience includes 12 years at CHRISTUS St. Joseph Hospital were she served in several management positions including Administrative Director. Jan obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Management and a Master of Business Administration both from Our Lady of Lake University in San Antonio, TX. Jan is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Medical Director: Carlette Graham, MD View Biography
Dr. Carlette Graham is board certified in Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty in Critical Care and board certified in Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty in Pulmonary Diseases as well. Dr. Graham received her medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York. Her residency in Internal Medicine was done at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York. Dr. Graham’s fellowship in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care was done at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York.

Southern Crescent Hospital for Specialty Care is located within the host
facility, Southern Regional Medical Center, which was established in
1971 to provide high quality medical care to the residents of Clayton County
and surrounding communities. Southern Crescent Hospital opened in
December 2003. It has a total of 30 long-term acute care beds to provide care
to medically complex patients. These patients require extended acute care
hospitalization with specialty programs focusing on ventilator dependency,
wound care, and rehabilitation. Services provided by Southern Crescent Hospital
include, but are not limited to, the following: 24-hour nursing care, acute and
post-ICU medical care, ventilator care and weaning with 24-hour respiratory
care, wound care, comprehensive inpatient physical, occupational, and speech
rehabilitation, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, blood transfusions, dialysis,
therapeutic nutritional support, pain management, case management, social work
services, patient and family education.
