Keith Rogers joined Dubuis Health System as Director of Risk Management/Safety in 1995 and has been crucial in developing a refined system of risk prevention throughout the organization. He still serves in that capacity while holding the position of Administrator in Hot Springs, as well as Regional Administrator for multiple sites. Experience gained prior to his Dubuis affiliation included physician recruitment and industrial safety. Keith’s MBA and his B.S. in Business Administration were both earned at University of Louisiana at Monroe. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the MBA Association. Advance Care Hospital of Hot Springs is located within St. Joseph’s Mercy
Health Center, a health facility that, along with its various community
clinics, has served the healthcare needs of Hot Springs and the surrounding
communities since 1888. Advance Care Hospital of Hot Springs opened in
March 1999. Today it has a total of 27 long-term acute care beds to provide
care to medically complex patients. These patients require extended acute care
hospitalization with specialty programs focusing on ventilator dependency,
wound care, and rehabilitation. Services provided by Advance Care Hospital of
Hot Springs include, but are not limited to, the following: 24-hour
nursing care, acute and post-ICU medical care, ventilator care and weaning with
24-hour respiratory care, wound care, comprehensive inpatient physical,
occupational, and speech rehabilitation, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, blood
transfusions, dialysis, therapeutic nutritional support, pain management, case
management, social work services, patient and family education.
