Prior to her current Administrator role at CHRISTUS Dubuis of Houston, Maresa served as the Manager of Resources and Outcomes and Education Coordinator at the hospital. She also held several supervisory and middle management positions at St. Joseph Hospital before her CHRISTUS Dubuis tenure. Maresa holds a B.S. in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University and a Masters in Public Administration from Texas Southern University. She is a member of the Texas Gulf Coast Association for Healthcare Quality, SISTA Circle (a non profit organization providing extracurricular activities to youth), and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Women’s Lighthouse of Change.

Dr. Paul James received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Memphis, Tennessee. He is board certifies in General Surgery. He interned at St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. James’ surgical residency was done in the CHRISTUS St. Joseph Family practice Residency Program in Houston, Texas.
