Dr. Arsenio Martin received his medical degree from Far Eastern University in Metro Manila, Philippines. His internship and residency in Family Practice were completed at Grant Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Martin completed fellowships in Pulmonary Diseases at both Cook County Hospital in Chicago and the Veterans Affairs Edward Hines facility in Hines, Illinois.

CHRISTUS Dubuis Hospital of Port Arthur is located within CHRISTUS St. Mary
Hospital, a progressive health care facility in south Jefferson County
that has continued to adapt and change to meet the needs of the community since
1930. CHRISTUS Dubuis Hospital of Port Arthur opened in January 1999, as a
satellite of CHRISTUS Dubuis Hospital of Beaumont. Today it has a total of 15
long-term acute care beds to provide care to medically complex patients. These
patients require extended acute care hospitalization with specialty programs
focusing on ventilator dependency, wound care, and rehabilitation. Services
provided by CHRISTUS Dubuis Hospital of Port Arthur include, but are not limited
to, the following: 24-hour nursing care, acute and post-ICU medical care,
ventilator care and weaning with 24-hour respiratory care, wound care,
comprehensive inpatient physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation,
cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, blood transfusions, dialysis, therapeutic
nutritional support, pain management, case management, social work services,
patient and family education.
